THE HOME OF AMERICAN FOOTBALL

Panthers Wrocław Couldn't Overcome the European Vice-Champions: Defeat to Stuttgart Surge.

Panthers Wrocław fought a fierce battle against Stuttgart Surge, but despite intense play and moments of advantage, they had to acknowledge the superiority of the German team, losing 34:44 at home. The match, held at the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław, was the second game of this year's European League of Football season.

An Exciting Start to the Season

The match against Stuttgart Surge was not only an opportunity to face one of the best teams in Europe but also a chance to avenge last year's semifinal defeat in the league. Panthers Wrocław started the game with great commitment, leading 20:14 at halftime. Unfortunately, in the second half, the German team managed to take control, ultimately securing the victory.

Michał Latoś, president of Panthers Wrocław, expressed pride in his team's performance: "In the game against Stuttgart, our team showed a great side of themselves. We are proud of our players' performance. We played as equals with the European vice-champions. We will learn from this match and come back stronger."

"Last match was a great battle between two good teams we had the opportunities to win, but came up short in the end. We have to regroup, learn from our mistakes from this game so we will be victorious next week against Vienna.

Despite the defeat to Stuttgart Surge, Panthers Wrocław showed a strong performance, competing with one of the top teams in Europe. The Wrocław team will undoubtedly learn from this match to better prepare for upcoming games. Next week, they face another challenge against Vienna Vikings, promising another exciting spectacle for American football fans." - Daniel Bender

"The Surge were within our reach, and it's a shame we couldn't win this match. We knew before the game that they were a top-tier opponent. After all, the ELF has accustomed us to the fact that there are no weak opponents here, and even against teams with worse records, you have to work hard to secure a win. We played a very good first half against the Surge, but we lacked finishing in the second half of the match. We started losing the ball and couldn't move the chains. Their defensive play did not surprise us—they used very similar schemes to those they had used before. This does not change the fact that they are a team composed of very good players and an excellent coaching staff that can react to situations on the field. We have another very tough game ahead of us, but I believe we will get back on track and add another win to our record." - Rafał Rogaczewski

"The game against the Surge was as we expected—tough and physical on both sides of the ball. I think we put up strong resistance against our opponent, as indicated by the scoreboard. Unfortunately, we couldn't win the match. Now it's time to analyze, correct our mistakes, and prepare for the next opponent." - Oskar Romaniuk

Upcoming Challenge: Vienna Vikings

Next week, Panthers Wrocław will once again take to the field at the Olympic Stadium, where they will face the Austrian team Vienna Vikings. The match will take place on June 9 at 1:00 PM. Tickets for this event are available on Ticketmaster, and for those who cannot be present at the stadium, the live broadcast will be available on Polsat Sport 3, Polsat Box Go, and the league's streaming platform.

President Latoś assures: "We invite fans to the next match, which we will play on June 9 against Vienna Vikings! As always, we guarantee great emotions and a wonderful sports spectacle!".
